Open Settings in Limitra, tap Limitra Pro, then Restore at the bottom. Make sure your iPhone is signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy. If Pro still doesn't turn on, write to us.

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Limitra → Cancel Subscription. Or in the app: Settings → Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel during the free week, you won't be charged. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and has nothing to cancel.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Pro: tap Restore on the Limitra Pro screen. Trips: Limitra has no account. If iCloud backup was on (Pro), open Settings → Restore from iCloud. Otherwise your trips move to a new iPhone only when you transfer everything from the old one (iCloud backup or Quick Start).

• Entry and exit days both count as Schengen days.
• Days in your home country aren't counted, so check your home country in Settings.
• Ireland and Cyprus are not in Schengen.
• The window is the day you check plus the 179 days before it, so the number changes as old days roll off.

Tap "How is this counted?" on the Today screen for details. If you still think Limitra is wrong, send us the trips (countries and dates) and the day you checked — we fix counting mistakes first.

The last day you can stay in Schengen without going over 90 days in any 180-day window, if you stay from today without a break. It takes into account the old days that roll off your window while you stay.

Settings → Tax year starts → 6 April (UK). The Countries screen then counts days from 6 April to 5 April. Choose 1 January for a calendar tax year.

Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, then find Limitra. It also fits the Lock Screen. The widget needs Limitra Pro, and updates by itself after midnight and whenever you change your trips.

Check that the reminder is on in Settings → Schengen limit reminder, and that notifications for Limitra are allowed in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Limitra. Reminders arrive at 9:00 on the chosen days.

Countries → Export. Choose PDF report or CSV file, then save or share it from the iPhone share sheet.

Open a trip and tap Delete trip, or use Settings → Delete all trips. Deleting the app removes all its data from your iPhone. To delete the iCloud copy: iPhone Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Limitra. More in the Privacy Policy.
